This week you will try to work out for longer amounts of time. You can also ride your bike, run, jumprope,play basketball, football or soccer or do another workout video. Try to work all your muscles and remember to stretch!
And drink water!

Hope you are all doing well. I think we need a little music and dance this week. ZUMBA!! It’s hard not to feel better after doing a Zumba class. Here are 2 choices for each age group but please try them all.
Videos vary in length of workout, try more than two. Do your favorite one twice. Keep moving!
If dancing isn’t your style, do 20 to 30 minutes of continuous activity. Ride your bike, walk, jog, rollerblade, hula hoop, jumprope, shoot hoops, play tag, just move.
Remember to do some stretches afterwards and maybe push-ups and abs.
Stay healthy, drink water!
