Required Before your Conference
- Prior to entering campus buildings, allot 5-10 minutes before your conference time for temperature checks and sign in. Please wear masks.
- Check your classroom teacher’s web page before your scheduled orientation time
- Grades 1-8: Return summer homework packets to your current teacher
- Return any class books/items from last year, if applicable
No need to bring school supplies or earthquake kits until we are back to in-person learning. You will need these supplies for at-home learning. More
Please remember playground is closed. We are trying to limit the number of people in the buildings, but if it’s necessary to bring a sibling, they will need to bring something to occupy themselves during the meeting.
Grades K-5
- Check in by the front door of school
- Temperature checks and sign in will be at the top of the ramp
- If you reserved a Chromebook or requested uniform pieces, they will be ready for you by the front office
- Bring an empty bag for text books and supplies
- Parents attend with students
Grades 6-8
- Check in at the Walmesley Center (gym)
- Temperature checks and sign in will be outside
- If you reserved a Chromebook or requested uniform pieces, they will be ready for you in the gym lobby. Only parents can sign out a device.
- Bring an empty bag for text books and supplies
- Students can meet their teachers on their own. Parents may shadow their student if they wish.
Uniform Exchange
- Drop off items to donate in the bin outside by the front office. GENTLY USED pants, jumpers, skirts, etc. No white shirts please unless new.
- To request uniform pieces, submit request form. Uniform pieces requested will be available by the Chromebooks.
