OLG Parent Organization

Letter from the Chair, Sept. 2013

On behalf of the Parent Organization Board, I welcome you to Our Lady of Guadalupe School.

The role of the Parent Org is to Oversee Fundraising Activities, Provide Parent Education and Organize Social Events on behalf of the school.   As an OLG parent or guardian, you are a member of the Parent Organization.

Our goal this year is to raise $115,000 through various activities.  The monies are used to help keep the cost of tuition down and provide scholarships for families in need.  We count on everyone’s support and participation in the fundraising activities to meet our goal.

The Parent Org meets in the evening, typically the third Tuesday of each month at 6:30pm in the Math Lab.  All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.  These meetings allow the class representatives & fundraising chairs to report on events they are responsible for and hear about school events and policy.  Best of all, it is an opportunity to meet other parents, get involved with school activities and hear first hand what is going on at school.

Your involvement benefits the entire school community. Please join us!
