Our Lady of Guadalupe School opened its Early Learning Center (ELC) in 2007. Since then, hundreds of children have had a caring, developmentally-appropriate start to their learning journey.
The OLG ELC offers a PreSchool and Pre-K program, where young students encounter the joys of learning, discovery and growth and is grounded in a curriculum that encourages purposeful play and social development. Our rich academic curriculum, based on social/emotional and early education developmental best practices for the whole child, is designed to prepare children to be lifelong learners and ensures they acquire the skills necessary to be successful in elementary school.
Families seek quality early learning programs that go beyond basic day-care. This is why our PreSchool and Pre-K programs include instructional specialists in different areas such as art, PE, music and Spanish. By having children join our ELC, OLG families can enjoy the full continuum of education options for 3 year olds through 8th grade. This means one single place where they know their children are loved, nurtured and will grow in Christ’s image. Our OLG graduates are more than well prepared for high school, and it all begins in the ELC.

After School Wrap Around Care is also available from 3:00 to 6:00pm
Age eligibility:
- Students entering PreSchool must be 3 years of age by August 31st.
- Students entering Pre-Kindergarten must be 4 years of age by August 31st.
- All students must be fully potty trained before August 31st in order to be considered for enrollment.
Kindergarten Transition
Pre-Kindergarten students will interact with the greater school through field trips, assemblies and special occasions. We have a Jump Up day in June so they will be able to familiarize themselves with the classroom, routines and teachers of the Kindergarten. The teacher will evaluate the readiness of each child that is birthdate compliant.
