Our Lady of Guadalupe School is committed to providing an excellent Catholic education while keeping tuition affordable. Tuition/fees comprise approximately 80% of the school budget. The gap between revenue from tuition/fees and the actual cost of educating our students is bridged through fundraising and subsidy from OLG parish.  In addition to cash donations, here are some easy ways YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE and direct a percentage of your regular spending to go toward our school.

Thriftway’s “Cash Back for the Community” Program

West Seattle Thriftway is a locally owned and operated market. They specialize in offering an extensive selection of high-end specialty items suitable for the gourmet chef right along with the standard everyday needs for the common family. They are a strong supporter of community organizations, local charities and schools. Need to shop for groceries? Shop at Thriftway and earn CASH FOR OLG! West Seattle Thriftway will refund 1% of all purchases through their 1% Cash Back for the Community program.

What do you need to do? Save your receipts and bring them to the collection box in the office. That’s all there is to it.  Get your family and friends involved too!  Thank you for supporting our school!

Fred Meyer donates over $2 million per year to non-profits in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, and Washington based on where their customers tell them to give. Here’s how the program works:

• Sign up for the Community Rewards program by linking your Fred Meyer Rewards Card to Our Lady of Guadalupe School.
• You can search for us by our name or by our non-profit number: UI499
• Every time you shop and use your Rewards Card, you are helping our school earn a donation!
• You still earn your rewards points, fuel points, and rebates, just as you do today.

If you do not have a Rewards Card, they are available at the Customer Service desk of any Fred Meyer store.
