2026 Jog-A-Thon Logo Design Contest!

 

We’re excited to announce the 2nd Annual Jog-A-Thon Logo Design Contest!!  Entries are welcome from current Kindergarten – 7th Grade students. Participation is optional.

The theme this year is “OLG is a Zoo!”. The winning logo will be used for shirts, water bottle stickers and marketing materials for the event.

Hard copy forms are available at the front desk if you’re unable to print the attachment.

The winner of the contest gets the glory of winning and a free Jog-a-thon T-Shirt!

Instructions

  • Create a logo, using the attached form, for the Jog-a-thon theme: OLG is a Zoo.
  • Limit to black & white only. Pen or Pencil.
  • Submissions are due Friday, May 22nd. They can be returned to teachers or the front office.

Fall in to Fall’s biggest fundraiser…

  • Date: Friday, Sept. 25, 2026
  • Location: Walt Hundley Playfield
  • Goal: $40,000

The Jog-A-Thon is our school’s first big fundraiser of the year.  Proceeds from the event go to support all the great things that happen here at OLG. All donations are 100% tax deductible and go directly to help support the programs of OLG School.

The OLG Jog-A-Thon is a super fun school-wide event – Preschool through 8th Grade – where students raise money for the school and run/walk laps around Walt Hundley playfield.  A Live DJ, popsicles, the OLG bulldog and endless cheering will help propel students round the field.

Students and Families: 

For those new to OLG, the Jog-A-Thon is a fun way for the kids to get moving and raise money for the school! On Friday, Sept. 25, 2026, every student will participate with their class in either walking or running laps at Walt Hundley Playfield.  Each family is encouraged to raise $300 to meet our goal.

The theme this year is ‘OLG is a Zoo’
All students should be pumped up and dressed for the theme!

Volunteer for the Jog-A-Thon

Parent volunteers are needed!

There are plenty of ways to help out at the Jog-A-Thon and start banking those volunteer hours – count laps, setup, takedown, etc.  Cheer on our students and sign up!

Make sure you are up-to-date on Safe Environment / Virtus training (required for all volunteers) weeks BEFORE Sept 25th.
