PARENT ORG NEWS
The annual field day school picnic (in the School Hall) will follow the morning field day activities on Friday, June 2, 2017. The lunch schedule will be the same as a regular school day:
- 11:30 – 12:00 for K-3
- 12:00 – 12:30 for 4-8
You are invited to join your student for lunch!
The Parent Org will provide hot dogs (thank you to the Lindholm family for their generous donation!), buns, and condiments and fruit. Our generous school community is bringing the chips and desserts – thank you to those who have volunteered!
- All food items should be dropped off in the school hall kitchen at 8:15 am on the morning of the event.
- We could not do this fun event without the help of so many wonderful OLG volunteers! We are still seeking volunteers to help with set-up, clean-up and serving. Sign up here!
Let’s make this beloved OLG School tradition the best yet! Thank you!
Please join us in saying “thank you and bon voyage” to Mrs. Ramos and Mr. Stein-Ross!
Where: The Walmesley Center
Cake and gluten free treats will be served as we wish them well on their next adventures!
