Lauren Hobbs is Principal at Our Lady of Guadalupe School, where she has served in a variety of roles, including teacher, for thirteen years. She has served as an educator in Catholic education for eighteen years, teaching in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles, and now in the Archdiocese of Seattle since 2013. Lauren holds a Masters of Education from Loyola Marymount University, and is a member of the Mary Ann Remick Leadership Program at the University of Notre Dame, where she is working to complete a Masters in Educational Leadership, graduating in summer 2026. Ms. Hobbs worked for many years as the Missionary Discipleship Companion, developing, writing and directing curriculum and instruction for the Archdiocese’s Missionary Discipleship Institute; fostering our call to be the hands and feet of Christ in our communities. Lauren is a servant leader and dedicated to mission, Catholic identity and social justice; forming disciples with hope to bring in her work at OLG, and within the Catholic education world.
