A non-refundable $50 fee per student is due with your online application. Priority given to applications received by January 15th for the following school year, however you are welcome to apply anytime.
Grades currently waitlisted for the 2026-2027 school year: Preschool, Pre-K, 1st, 3rd, and 6th – nonetheless, you are still welcome to apply as we finalize enrollment.
Age eligibility:
Students entering PreSchool must be 3 years of age and fully potty trained by August 31st.
- Students entering Pre-Kindergarten must be 4 years of age and fully potty trained by August 31st.
- Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by August 31st.

Our Lady of Guadalupe School is committed to providing access to students from all socio-economic backgrounds. If tuition assistance is needed, Our Lady of Guadalupe has need-based awards for grades Kindergarten through 8th (Re-enrolling families need to apply each year). Please note that there is no financial assistance available for students in PreSchool or Pre-K.

Application open Oct 1 to Dec 31 for the following school year.
If you are a new family who missed the Dec 31st deadline, very limited assistance may be available for K-8 students who apply for tuition assistance and enroll for the 2026-27 school year prior to May 1, 2026. Contact the school office for details. For families applying after May 1, no tuition assistance will be available.
