A non-refundable $50 fee per student is due with your online application. Priority given to applications received by January 15th for the following school year.

Age eligibility:

Students entering PreSchool must be 3 years of age and fully potty trained by August 31st.
Students entering Pre-Kindergarten must be 4 years of age and fully potty trained by August 31st.
Students entering Kindergarten must be 5 years of age by August 31st.

Oct 9, 2025 4:30-6:30pm Fall Open House
RSVP PreSchool to 4th grade prospective families see the classroom environment, curriculum and talk to teachers. If you are interested in 5th-8th grade, you are welcome to see the school and ask questions!

October to May, by appointment Schedule shadow/ assessment for applicants entering Grades 1-8 Prospective students (Grades 1-8) shadow with classmates to get a feel for the school and have a short assessment. Completed application required

Oct 1 to Dec 31 Financial Aid applications due Open for students entering grades K-8 in 2026-2027. Application due 12/31/25.

January TBA, 2026 Kindergarten screening Screenings are not a test, but a way for our teachers to see how your child will do in our full day program. Completed application required.

Late January Acceptance Letters Emailed to new families

Jan 25, 2026 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Winter Open House
RSVP Open to prospective, current and past families and friends! Ask questions, meet teachers and get to know the community.
All-School Mass is at 11:00 am

Tuition Assistance / Financial Aid

Our Lady of Guadalupe School is committed to providing access to students from all socio-economic backgrounds. If tuition assistance is needed, Our Lady of Guadalupe has need-based awards for grades Kindergarten through 8th (Re-enrolling families need to apply each year). Please note that there is no financial assistance available for students in PreSchool or Pre-K.
