March 1, 2025 – OLG All-Stars Auction

OLG All-Star Auction is coming up this weekend! With so many ways to make this year’s event a SLAM DUNK here’s all you need to know to be the real OLG MVP.

If you’re headed to the main event this Saturday, March 1st, then here’s all you need to know to plan ahead:

Doors open at 5:30pm; check-in, grab your bid card and table number and let the games begin!
Wondering what to wear? This event is SPORTS THEMED. Grab your favorite jersey, high school cheerleading outfit, letterman jacket or dress like a super fan of your beloved team and come ready to party!
Drink tickets will be sold for a selection of beer, wine, bubbly and cocktails.
Come ready to browse a selection of silent auction items including sports tickets, high-end wine and spirits, and other experiences worth bidding on!
Fancy a round of putt putt? Test your skills at our putting green for a chance to take home bottles of wine!
Be sure to grab your friends and hit up the complimentary photobooth and dance the night away to the sounds of DJ Lumberjack following the live event!

The action is STILL on for the OLG ALL-STARS online silent auction through February 28th at 10pm PT.
Want a chance at our 50/50 raffle? You need not be present to win! Just bring your raffle forms and cash or check to the front desk before 3pm on Friday the 28th!
Grab lunch or dinner and help OLG out at the same time! The Westy – West Seattle is donating 15% of all sales that mention “OLG” (including take-out orders!) through Wednesday February 26th!

Auction Item Pick-Up Details!

Did you score big in the online silent auction or win an item or two from the live event? ALL auction items will be available for pick-up from the Juan Diego Room (under the Parish, directly across from the Kindergarten back entrance to the school) during three convenient times:

Monday, March 3rd, 2:30-5pm
Tuesday, March 4th 2:30-5pm
Wednesday, March 5th 1:30-3pm
