Student Portraits (Fall)
Student portraits (all grades) will be used in our yearbook and are available for families to purchase.
Student Portraits: Tuesday, September 23, 2025
Wear free dress. Most students wear free dress to dress up (your uniform is fine too). Follow OLG guidelines on appropriate non-uniform free dress.
Order 2025-26 School Photos
- Images are password protected by an online code, which is your student’s school ID number. Call 206-935-0651/ email the school office for your child’s ID#.
- Separate orders are required for each student, including siblings.
- If you place an order, printed portraits will be shipped to the school approximately 3-4 weeks after picture day.
- Digital portraits will be sent via email approx. 3 weeks after picture day (search for no-reply@imagequix.com in your inbox/spam folders).
- One class group photo is included with your portrait order. Class group photos will be taken April 14, 2026 and shipped to the school spring 2026. One class group print is included with the purchase of the portrait package.
- If you missed placing an order in September, portraits photographed September 2025 can be accessed throughout the year here: Order OLG 2025-26 Photos (back up url: Yuen Lui School Photos: keyword is Our Lady of Guadalupe). Late orders will be shipped to your home.

Picture Retakes: Tuesday, October 28, 2025
- Please let your student’s teacher know if you would like a makeup portrait.
- Wear free dress and bring uniform (K-8). Pictures will be in the morning so wear free dress and bring uniform to change into after photo.
- Missed September session?: Students who missed picture day in September should plan on getting a portrait retake in October.
- Retakes: Return your photo packet to the photographer today in exchange for a no charge reprint on the retake. Retake replacement orders will be shipped to the school.

Class Photos (Spring)
Class Photo 2025-26: Tuesday, April 14, 2026
Class Photos (all grades) are available for families to purchase. One class photo is print included with the purchase of the portrait package above. If you ordered a portrait package in the fall, your class photo will be shipped to the school in the spring.
- Students in K-8 wear full uniform for class photos.
- Preschool & Pre-K students wear a “blues” OLG logo sweatshirt (wear it if you have it, otherwise we have extra on hand at school).
Media Authorization
Per Archdiocesan policy, photos/video of four or more students are permitted without a release form and can be used on media without first and last names.
Photos of one to three students are permitted as long as an appropriate release has been authorized by the parent/guardian of each individual shown. The parent/guardian release authorization is included on the annual enrollment contract in Finalsite. Media Authorization Details
