Hello everyone!
My name is Taylor Baber and I am the First Grade Teacher for the Our Lady of Guadalupe School. I am super excited to be a part of this team.
I graduated from Montana State University with a degree in Elementary Education and I have extensive experience working with students from Kindergarten to Second Grade. My favorite subject to teach is Reading and Writing and my all-time favorite book is The Book with No Pictures.
When I am not teaching, you can find me having fun in the sun, which should give you a hint to guess what my favorite season is…Yes! It is summer! Camping, paddle boarding and swimming are some of my favorite outdoor activities. I also love going on hikes around the PNW and playing catch with my golden retriever.
In terms of food…I am 100% a coffee person and I will never say no to dark chocolate!
It’s been such a fun year at OLG and I cannot wait to keep connecting and assisting parents, building amazing memories and seeing our First Grade students learn and grow!
