CHANGES to Extra Curricular Classes
After school programs will be an extension of EDC
Our Extracurricular Activities will be aligning with our Extended Day Care programming. This means that after 3pm, your child will be escorted to EDC, check in, receive the EDC snack (students are welcome to bring their own). Students attending an extra curricular class will be escorted from EDC at the Smart with Art class.
An additional charge of $8 per day will be applied to your Finalsite account each time your child attends. This will ensure we can cover resources such as staffing, space rental, snack, child’s safety, and other resources. Payment for EDC will be processed in arrears in your Finalsite account each month. The amount due will be automatically processed with your next FinalSite payment cycle (typically the 5th of the month). If your child only attends EDC in order to attend the Smart with Art class, and are picked up by 5:00 pm, the annual $30 EDC registration fee will be waived.
Pick up your child up in the School Hall by 5:00 pm, or your child can stay at EDC (add’l fees may apply).
Payment for the Smart with Art enrichment classes will be direct with the vendor via the registration link above.
