Dear Families,
It was great to see the majority of you last Thursday at Curriculum Night. It made me so pleased to see a full house, to see joyful parent faces, and hear about the great things happening in each grade. Thank you for making it a priority, and for reaching out if you were were unable to attend. We know that you have many things to do in the evenings, thank you for supporting your children’s learning, and our school community. Reminder that tomorrow is school- appropriate free dress (see handbook on website) for your children if you were able to attend (even if you lost the slip– honor/honest system).
Speaking of which, thank you also for the large crowd gathered last night for the kick-off Parent Org meeting! Remember that as parents/guardians, you are all automatically members of the Parent Org. Thank you to Kim Pankow (2nd grade mom) for stepping up to be the chair this year, and for the many other parents who have stepped up to take on new and returning roles! It is great!
